“Some said you are wasting your time. Some said you should focus only on your studies. Some said it’s not easy. Some looked at me, heard me, and laughed at me. But there were also some of those who said “Great Idea”. And some said, “You will have our support.”

When I was in school, in 10th grade, I remember those numerous ideas (Ideas seemed to “Orders”) from numerous people about further studies. They were more than enough to confuse me. But thanks to my father who said “Aftab, do whatever your heart says.” That made easy for me to choose my career.

I thought about those who were confused. So I decided to do something for those students. With the help of my cousins and friends: Shahab Saqib, Tanveer Khan, Zeeshan Saqib and Afrasiab Khan, we started a website and a social media page in July 2012 and started spreading messages of career counseling, blogs about different fields and suggestions to follow passion.

In March 2013, after attending Active Citizen Workshop by British Council, I decided to give our online work, a form of organization. So Gold Falcon Inc. was formed. We completed our first Social Action Project on Promoting Education and Literature in March 2014.

Now, by the grace of Almighty Allah, Gold Falcon Inc. is working in district Swabi and online with the theme and mission of providing career development services to the students of schools and colleges, especially to the students from public sector.
