1. General Use and Obligations

  • You must use Xecreators services legally and responsibly. Any content or activity illegal under Pakistan law, server location jurisdiction (Central Europe), or applicable international laws is strictly prohibited.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your hosted content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights. Use only materials you own or have permission to use. Any copyrighted or unauthorized content may be removed without notice.
  • Xecreators may investigate any abuse or violations, including financial or content-related, and suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.
  • Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: hacking, phishing, spamming, malware distribution, unauthorized access, VPN/proxy operation, and any other activity violating this policy.

2. Resource Usage and Fair Use Limits

  • Your hosting package allocates designated resources (disk space, bandwidth, CPU, memory). Use must be consistent with normal website operation only.

Fair Use Limits:

While disk space may be listed as “unmetered,” it is intended for active websites—not file storage or backups.

  • Storing large volumes of inactive files (e.g., backups, media archives) may violate the policy and lead to warnings or suspension.
  • Server-side backups count toward disk usage; we recommend off-server backups via downloads or Xecreators’ backup add-ons.
  • Inode and I/O limits apply; excessive small files, logs, or heavy script use can impact performance and cause restrictions.
  • Additional fair use limits include:
  • Multimedia content (video/images) max 10GB total per hosting account.
  • Email mailbox disk usage max 20GB per mailbox.
  • Shared hosting databases over 10GB considered excessive.
  • Local backups must be minimal; excess backups may be deleted.
  • Software downloads by account holder max 1GB; CDN use may be required.
  • Reseller accounts with total usage over 400GB must keep sub-account usage under 50GB each.
  • Using Xecreators for offsite backup is prohibited.
  • Self-hosted file sync services and file/software download sites are not allowed.

3. Prohibited Content and Activities

Xecreators strictly forbids:

  • Any pornography or sexually explicit content.
  • Online gambling or betting platforms.
  • Content promoting illegal activities or organizations, per Pakistan law and applicable jurisdictions.
  • Copyright infringement and use of pirated software or media.
  • Denial of Service (DoS) attacks, port scanning, botnets, TOR exit nodes, open proxies/DNS resolvers.
  • Cryptocurrency mining on shared hosting (allowed only on VDS with conditions).
  • IP spoofing, phishing, fake/replica product sites.
  • Illegal downloads, piracy, and software such as Kloxo, iBusinessPromoter, or similar.
  • Artificial traffic generators, public video chat services, and private game servers as listed.
  • Running any of the above behind a DDoS-filtered IP or to evade bans is also prohibited.

4. Email Usage

Xecreators has zero tolerance for spam and unsolicited bulk email. Violation can lead to suspension or termination.

By using our email services, you agree to:

  • Not send emails causing annoyance, distress, or containing unlawful/offensive content.
  • Maintain clear opt-out policies for non-transactional emails.
  • Avoid sending unsolicited emails or “mail bombs.”
  • Not use false or unauthorized email headers or addresses.
  • Ensure your mail servers are not configured as open relays.
  • Take full responsibility for your email reputation.
  • Comply with applicable laws such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.

5. Web Design & Development

  • Xecreators is not responsible for website maintenance after project completion unless a maintenance contract is purchased.
  • Any changes or edits post-delivery will be charged based on the scope of work.
  • Websites related to illegal activities will not be designed, developed, or hosted.
  • Xecreators reserves the right to display links, screenshots, and URLs of websites developed by us for portfolio and marketing purposes.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Xecreators reserves the right to cancel services at any time. Refunds are provided only if cancellation is initiated by Xecreators and you are not in violation of these terms.
  • No refunds will be given if cancellation results from customer violations.
  • Upon termination, you must delete any host registrations from domain registrars immediately. Administrative fees may apply if Xecreators must intervene.

7. Support

  • Support requests are handled through the Client Area ticket system in order received. Multiple ticket replies do not guarantee faster response.
  • Support is provided in English and Urdu. Profanity or abusive language in any communication will result in warnings, suspension, or termination.

8. Third-Party Dependencies

  • Xecreators uses third-party data centers located in Central Europe and US. Due to time zone differences, hardware, network, DDoS, or backup support may be delayed depending on the availability of data center staff.
